report in writing / Claim form within 7 days from the date of occurrence.

Collect all the incident report,
photos, witness's information and police statement, if any. |

Pass all correspondences in relation to the incident
to us and do not give any reply and answer to the third party. |

Do not admit liability and make offer,
promise or payment to third party. |

Any necessary remedial action should be done on without
admission of liability basis. |

The Insurer/appointed loss adjuster
will take over the case and deal with the third party directly. |
