Whenever a loss is known to have occurred,
report to us immediately. |

Do whatever necessary steps to minimize
the loss and prevent further property damage. |

If Loss Adjusters is appointed to inspect the loss,
please give your full assistance and access to property affected and
provide the requested documents/information with out delay. |

Submit the completed claim form with
photographs, claim list, quotation and all other necessary documents
within 14 days. |

You may proceed the repair only upon receipt of the
confirmation form Insurer and/or Adjusters. |
| 6. |
Submit all the repair/replacement
receipts. |
